Paul has enjoyed 24 years in the motor insurance industry and has a wealth of knowledge having started within regional broking as an account executive for ten years prior to moving into Underwriting with AXA in 2004. In 2006 he left AXA to join Highway, now LV where he worked closely with the lead Underwriter in their busy Lloyds box being promoted to Deputy Fleet Underwriter. In 2012 after several very enjoyable years with LV he was appointed Underwriting Director of Andeva Underwriting Agency. Paul recently left this role in order to return to broking with Bluedrop Services and to take up new challenges.
